I can't believe it! She was constantly broody over here. But I'm glad she still does her trick, and that you have some other broodies.

She went broody on me last year, but hasn't this year (thus far). She does, however, keep all the other hens in line..hehe

Oh I'm sure she does! She always wanted to be the leader of our flock but was always thwarted by our (now deceased) Barred Rock named Big Rhonda. Even though she's not brooding as much as she was here, I'm at least glad she's living out her dream of being the head hen haha.

It's been raining heavily on and off since 5. Our pond is overflowing, but other than that, managing through. Hope all is well on your end....as well as to the other Buckeyes.
