Okay, so how about your favorite Christmas CANDY recipe?

my aunt used to make this "Sea Foam" candy that I think was a country version of Divinity.
...............And then there's fudge and......anyone have recipes they'd like to share?

I've been looking for a seafoam recipe like the stuff you buy in the bulk section of the grocery store (broken into pieces and covered w/chocolate,) but I haven't found one yet.

Here is my Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
I make this every Christmas and give it to friends...easy and good!

4 c. sugar
1 c. canned milk
2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 7oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla


Place sugar and milk in a 3qt. saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 2 mins., remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla and stir until well blended. Pour into a 9x13 buttered dish. Cool until firm. Enjoy!!

I've never tried to make my own, but my husband's family introduced me to Torrone, an almond nougat. Mmmmm!
