I am in Central New York - Oneonta area. I want 7-10 large-fowl hens instead of the 4-5 I've been keeping and so I just bought the larger Pro version to replace this. I priced these and currently it all would cost $1870 new. If a kind chicken-keeper can make good use of these I would love for them to have it! I had hoped to keep using the extra roosting bars and summer-modified droppings tray but they don't fit the Pro.
I can disassemble whatever is needed for pick-up.

Extra droppings tray that I cut out the middle of and zip-tied hardware cloth on, for summer ventilation
