So I have 7 chicks, they near about have full feathers by this point and one of the smaller hens is getting picked on to where there is a small red spot now.

What can I do about this before it gets worse? They are still in the brooder box as my coop isn't quite finished. But would it be better to separate the one or maybe put her and one of the other smaller hens in a box of their own (so long as the other one isn't agitating that spot further). I just worry about putting the picked on chick in a box alone and how that'll stress it or not as they aren't adults yet and this is the start of my flock.

I can't expand the brooder at the moment as it's just an inside bin. I did separate the one with the red spot and put one of the other smaller ones in with it. This seemed to solve the issue. Good news is the coop will be done this weekend so they won't be in the brooder after that. (if the red spot is still visible I'll go look into that treatment stuff that I was told about that you put on a wound for chickens but it covers it to make it blue?)
