Orange EE means roo?

I know to watch for orange on shoulders and back but I'm not understanding the exceptions. I have 2 that look a lot like this one. They are EE mixes maybe some RIR in there. 5-6 weeks old As a chick it was chipmunk patterned.

In the second picture I think I see some saddle feathers coming in..... that would lead me to think roo. That plus the tree trunk sized legs!
