I have an isa brown who is about 2 years old. Her comb, wattles, and face are pretty pale. She is also very skinny. I noticed her being pale about a week ago. I’ve had her for about 4 months. She started looking kind of ratty a couple of months ago but I never saw evidence of mites. In the past week I wormed her with eprinex and dusted her with permethrin. She is not eating much, and poop has little solid, is watery, and urates are yellowish. Her crop usually appears empty. She doesn’t have as much energy. I don’t think she is laying, and I suspect she was laying wrinkly eggs for a month or two. I also have one that laid pale yolks (not sure if these are the same eggs- I never saw them but my friend told me). She doesn’t seem to have an appetite. No other birds are exhibiting symptoms. I felt around and don’t think she is egg bound (though I didn’t feel inside her vent). Thoughts?

First thing that comes to mind is worms. You said you wormed her but if that wormer wasn't broad spectrum then it may of not taken care of what she's dealing with. Does she have access to calcium? If she isn't eating or drinking I would try to get her to. Sav a chik in her water will help with strength and boiled eggs are good protein for a sick bird.
