pale turkey poult

I have 3 turkey poults that I thought were doing very well. There seems to be 2 Toms and one hen. The toms have been developing wattles(very small) and carnucles already. They were both red, but today one has become very pale. He is acting alright other wise. I don't see signs that he has bled, in stool or otherwise, or signs of insect bites. Wondering what I should do and what could be the cause.

Normal. My subordinate toms have turned their heads an off white when in the presence of the dominant tom.
