Parasite poop

Hello, I notice my chickens or turkeys poop this out. Looks like a parasite since I been deworming them. What type of parasite could this be?

Looks like round worms. Better worm the flock. Safeguard is a gentle wormer, and that's the one I would use to avoid shock from killing off heavy worms loads. To further head off shock, put electrolytes in their water before and during worming.
