Pasty butt. Super weak

I have a little chick that has had pasty butt and I didn't think you would make it for the last couple of days but his butt looks a little better but his crop is really swollen and he just stands there looking weak and he's maybe a third of the size of his siblings like he's starving to death. There is some white poop coming out there has been a tiny bit of blood which I'm not sure is in the poop it might be his butt. Eating a tiny bit and drinking a little bit of water. I gave him a tiny bit of coconut oil yesterday and today and that seems to have loosened up his bowels a little bit but I'm afraid he's going to not make it just because he's so weak. He just wants me to hold him and he wants to sleep. He's one of six so the hen is kind of ignoring him. He just stands off in a corner by himself. Is there anything I can do to help him digest and gain weight because that seems to be the bigger problem now. He does have something stuck to him that I cannot get off without really hurting him but since there's poop coming out and the swelling's going down I'm hoping that will improve. Any ideas that you can give me to help this guy make it I would really appreciate it.

Try making a wet mash out of the feed but it's not looking good for him, unfortunately.
