Peanut Butter Fudge and No-Bake Cookies

Does anyone have a recipe for peanut butter fudge that doesnt require marshmallow? Also I am looking for a good no bake peanut butter cookie recipe. i have a good chocolate one but I had peanut butter no bakes the other day and fell in love lol.

For peanut butter no bake cookies I just omit the cocoa and continue on with the recipe. Turns out every time for me. Good luck!

How much peanut butter do you use? I dont put peanut butter in my Chocolate ones.

My recipe for no bakes is as follows:

2 cups sugar
5 TBSP Cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cup quick oats
1 tsp vanilla

In a saucepan add sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Promptly remove from heat. Quickly add peanut butter, quick oats, and vanilla. Working quickly stir until combined and drop by rounded tablespoons onto wax paper or foil. Cool and enjoy!

When making just peanut butter, omit the cocoa powder. Follow the same directions.

ChickeeMomma that's the same recipe we have, too. I think the OP was looking for a PB only recipe?
Decades ago in college, a buddy's aunt brought *caramel* nobakes to him each month,

so if anyone is looking for the PB recipe and finds a caramel one, please post that, too.
I've looked and looked for a good caramel recipe, but haven't found one.

I would like to see the PB only recipe, too.

Thanks - I had previously tried serveral off of that site and did not care for those - a few were downright nasty. Maybe it was a bad luck of the draw.
