You could post pictures of your chicks now, since pekins show combs relatively early, but at 3 weeks it's by no means a guarantee.

The first signs you should be looking for is a pronounced, brightly coloured red (or deep pink) comb. After 12 weeks, male-specific feathering will become visible.

Depending on colouration, gender-specific leakage may also be present from an earlier age, but that mostly applies to mixed colour varieties
