Peking Duck Squaking while walking and biting towards his foot

We have a Peking duck that has been running with the flock. Sometimes he will squak and bite at his feet. Almost like a dog chasing its tail or a dog that has an itch that he can't reach. Other than this occasional behavior, we haven't noticed any other odd behaviors. We brought him in the garage and put him in a kennel to check him out and try to correct what is causing him discomfort. He is drinking and eating in the kennel. He starts the behavior whenever we walk out into the garage, almost like he is reacting out of stress. Is anyone familiar with what he has going on? We looked at the bottom of his feet. He doesn't have any bumble going on but does have some calluses. Thank you!

Lol. Thank you! We were thinking it was neurological or something. Imagine if all 12 of our ducks did it in sync. Our neighbors already think we are crazy!

Im sure your neighbors ALREADY think you’re crazy for keeping such loud animals- there’s no doubt mine do
