Peking losing wing feathers

I have a very rambunctious female Peking and two male Indian runners. My Peking hurt her leg (again) and has been limping the past few days. She like to try to find things to jump off of and we have limited her access to heights but alas, she is limping again. This morning I go out to check on her and she has almost NO wing feathers. It’s been crazy hot and I know she just stood in the rain all night (the boys went inside). It honestly looks like someone cut off all her wing feathers. She hasn’t been laying which is typical when her leg is hurt but I’m afraid there maybe a bigger issue going on. Advice?

I'd be tempted to separate her from the drakes for a bit - using a see through fence so that they could still be close to one another.
