101.5!! If your doing pheasants at them temp that's to high!! You will kill them for sure. 99.5-100 depending on your incubator. Humidity needs to be 45-50% when incubating. Hatching humidity needs to be 55%-65%
You had better crank the humidity up to 70 percent or the membranes will dry out when they begin pipping and will become trapped in their eggs. Also pheasants hatch anywhere from 23-27 days so don't worry about it but definitely crank up the humidity.
