How did you get her and her nest into that box and into the house without disturbing her. I have a hen that is starting to accumulate eggs and will hopefully go broody and I was just curious as to wether that works for most hens or is it hard to move them. She is so cute. Love the chicks too.

aww how cute !!

I had a hen named Baby Chic that brooded some babies in a wooden bowl in my bedroom, now I have another hen (Winglet) in my old pick up truck brooding a couple of eggs. Winglet is so funny cause when I drive that truck around our property she just hangs out doesn't bother her.

I've got a Nugget too she's the queen of the flock.
