For the fluffy vision impaired chicken...
I'd love to hear tricks and tips and see lots of pics of Silkie (or other fluffhead chickens) crest styles!
I really love the fluffy heads on my Silkies but it's often not so good when they bump into the wall or trip over a rock.
I have tried a few different hair elastics but so far ended up trimming around the eyes. Certain hair elastics stay in, untill rooster mates. I don't like my haircut skills though so rather hair ties.

And this is Charchar, 13 week old, her little elastic seems to be staying in well. She's doing very well navigating around now that she can see better.
