Pigeon mating behaviour

I was curious about my male pigeon I began making pigeon noises and he began doing mating dances the noise I made is the noise male pigeons make this is strange. Somehow I made a very realistic pigeon noise

I’m not sure which one is male or female because they paired up and they both make noises and they have not laid eggs yet it’s been a month

Do you know their ages? They could just be too young. I’ve had young pairs that go through all the motions of courting and nest building but it took a while for any eggs to be laid.
