Please help me figure out what’s wrong with this baby chicks legs

I am a school teacher and we are currently hatching and raising chicks for the week. There is clearly something wrong with his legs. Do you think it is straggle leg or a broken tendon, or something else. I want to fix him, so I hope it’s possible. Thank you!
