Please help me sex my Sebright

I'm new to this and we have a Sebright as a pet. Please tell me if this is a rooster. 10 weeks old with serious attitude. Attacks the poor dog and steals his bed.

OK , This is how I sex chickens, Get a string about 8" long, then a Gold ring, place the ring on the string , tie the ends.... Hold ring over chickens head, if ring swings in a circle HEN, if in a line, ..Rooster 95% rate. have fun...
