I have 28 3 week old chicks. And I need some help finding out if there Roos we ordered all hens but mistakes do happen

this one is the first of 28 and is a red star or Rhode Island Red I think red star

Red Stars are sex-link chickens, usually males are white or very light yellow, females are light brown. So, if it's a Red Star I'd say you've got a pullet.
 
Red sexlinks can be sexed by coloring. Pullets are red with white through the wings and tail. Males are mostly white. You have a pullet. Rhode Island Red/Production Reds are all red, with a bit of black.
