It's a serrama. He can't stand up straight. It looks like he is doing the splits when he stands. Sometimes he gets these seizures that will last two seconds. I don't believe it's Marek's disease. His eyes look healthy and fine. It's been two days and this contagious disease hasn't spread to any of my chickens. I've given him many vitamins but nothing works. He still eats and drinks water if I give him by hand. He's four months old. Please any help is very much appreciated.

Can you get some photos of him or a video of his actions? For video, upload to youtube and provide a link.

What do you feed?

Doing the splits along with seizures does sound like it could be neurological symptoms and I would not rule out Marek's disease. There are 4 forms of Marek's and only 1 form affects the eyes, so even if the eyes are fine, Marek's could still be a possibility. Even within a flock, not all birds can become symptomatic with the disease.

What kind of vitamins are you giving? Photos of the product(s) would be helpful.
If it's only been 2 days, then you may want to give the vitamins a chance to see if they help.

I would give him 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day. Make sure he's eating his chick starter and offer him a bit of scrambled egg.
