For Neosporin or any other triple antibiotic ointment, try Walmart or Target or CVS or almost any grocery store. It should be in the "pharmacy" section, probably near the bandaids. Sometimes there is a sign that says "first aid."

That is also the place to look for hydrogen peroxide.

The Poultry Nutridrench or Poultry Cell or something similar should be sold at almost any place that sells chicken food. For example, Tractor Supply has Nutridrench:

You can select a store location near you (assuming there is one nearby), and the website will tell if that product is in stock at that location, so you don't waste time driving to a store that has run out.

I looked, and It seems that to prevent infection, flushing with chlorhexadine is a go-to move. I still don’t know about chicken antibiotics, so good luck on that one

I’ll go to tractor supply today and ask them about the products you told me about and ask them where it is and purchase it.
She seems like nothing happened. I crushed her crumbled food up even more, because it looks like even her beak is bruised. So I don’t want her to have trouble eating, but she eats a lot and is drinking and has a lot of energy energy and doesn’t wanna be alone.

I let her, covered in magazine, pages and newspaper, in a section of my cats tree. And I was sitting on the couch away from the couch next to the cat tree, and my partner walked in, and I guess I accidentally fell asleep in the chick was right on my chest and I had no idea, he said she was peeping at me, I guess she was hungry or thirsty, but I left her with food and sugar water.
But again, she is very cheerful and loves to hear when I come downstairs in the morning. Remember, I wish I could have around my shoulder when I do my chicken titties, but I cannot risk a fly landing on her.

No, no bath. Just flushing it out to get it as clean as possible, and then ointment.

You can wash the area with sterile water, but you should not give the whole chick a bath.

Do not use hydrogen peroxide, it will burn. Chlorhexidine can be purchased in small amounts at any pharmacy, called Hibiclens. Some feed stores and tractor supply stores also carry it under other names, usually in larger amounts. For cleaning you can also use plain, mild soapy water, sterile saline (boil salt and water), or Veterycin spray. Veterycin spray costs more than some of the other options, but is widely available at many places that sell pet supplies. It's good for all species, no matter what section you find it in.
Bathing a sick or injured bird can sometimes be more than they can handle, so that should only be done in specific circumstances when it's necessary.
