I came home today and my three turkeys have this red rash on their head. It appears that they were bleeding. I know it’s breeding season and my husband thinks maybe they were fighting but I am not certain. If anyone can help. I can say yesterday I believe one had a cyst of sorts fall out with her poo. I cleaned it off and cut it open and it was full of puss I am so worried any information would help. I did add photos.

Update. I came home from work and the girls look like they are healing up. They were certainly acting spicy so I am thinking they were fighting for top bird status. I am really hoping that that’s what is happening. I guess after a calm fall and winter I took for granted how hormonal they get. Anyway I am hoping that this is the problem.

I'm glad they are healing up!
