Poisonous to Goats?

This is a plant that hangs over my neighbors fence. We are getting 3 goats next week and are wondering if anyone knows if this plant will be poisonous to them.

Are you on good terms with the neighbor? If so, I would just ask them if they know what it is. Alternatively, if you have a local nursery, you can take a clipping to to have it identified.
