Poop looks like coffee grounds with worms

For the past two weeks, the poop in the nesting boxes and areas inside the co-op looks like coffee grounds. If you love it around, there are small white worms in it. They are not fat like maggots or long, kinda like small white earthworms. I have a video but don’t have a way to attach it right now. Are they larvae or parasites? What should I do?
I have 25 hens. I got 8 of them just before I noticed this happening. Egg production has also dropped recently.

Have you dewormed your chickens?
 
I think those are maggots. Can you check the vents of your hens for any droppings or injuries on their vents? Fly strike from maggots can kill. How fresh are the droppings? I am going to tag @dawg53 to get another set of eyes on this.

I believe the dropping are from the past 24 hours. Whenever I see this, the manure looks composted, like coffee grounds. Would maggots do that?
