Poop looks likemtar!

I am a newbie. I am not sure which one but poop looks like tar or thick molasses also the color of molasses. They are acting normal. I had some organic fertilizer out. Could they have eaten that???

That's cecal poo and totally normal. Every so often they have a poop like that. You can do a search for it and see that your chickies are fine.

Its perfectly normal, nothing to worry about. It happens every 8-10 times a chicken poops.
