Possible dislocated wing?!

I went to bring the chickens in from their run for the night. I went to pick up one of my roosters, but he bit me. Then I noticed his wing is not right! I don’t think broken, but dislocated. Anyone have experience with this?! What should we do?!

The provincial vet is the only facility that will see chickens. They basically said just wrap it. Other vet offices can’t take them either because of the poultry protection act, it basic says it is out of scope of a regular vet. I wish there were more veterinary care resources in my area.

UPDATE: His wing looks better, but it is not back to normal. He his food and water intake has remained the same as prior to the injury. I have been bring him in at night to prevent any bullying. And I separate him and his girlfriend in a separate run during the day.

Hopefully it's just sprained and will continue to get better over the course of a few days.
