Possible mites, late season molt, or being bullied?

This is Daphne, she was hatched in March. I am currently debating on whether she’s molting (late in the year I know), is being picked on, or has mites.

I started noticing loose feathers in the coop & run about 2-3 weeks ago. Upon examining my girls I noticed Daphne had lost some around her neck. Within the last few days I’ve seen a lot more. It looks like she’s lost more on other parts of her body. Her skin looks normal (not red or irritated, no visible mites, no wounds). I do see some new feathers growing. Her comb is a little paler than the other girls. So far she is the only one who looks like this.

She is eating & normally, poop looks normal. I have not seen her flock mates picking at her.

The coop is bedded with hemp bedding.

I have attached a picture of her (she’s the one on the left).
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or similar experiences!
