potential egg bound, and oil gland not working fully

[Blue is my chicken]

So my call duck Peach has been acting really weird for maybe a week or more, she sits in her house usually with either her brother or sister (they take turns to sit with her) she will come out and eat and drink and Quack Alot, but just not her usual self.
She has never laid an egg before (she will be a year old in a couple of months)
When
I feel her abdomen I can feel a hard lump, it can move, some days it is lower and other days it is higher,
I read that you can have egg bound in the higher part of the reproductive tract as well as the lower part? Don't know if that is true or not
She is not vent pulsing, but seems uncomfortable

also she is getting really wet when she swims, if I touch her oil gland she get very mad she quacks really loud and trys to get away or bite me, when I touch her sister's oil gland her sister doesn't care
I am having to not have much water in their pen as she sinks, they have a large plastic tub with I usually fill to the top but I am having to keep the water at standing depth as I am worried she will drown

I had read that but it wasn't really talking about the higher reproductive tract egg binding but more on the lower
