So my button quail eggs only have 6 days left and of course the power has gone off.I put a towel over the incubator, don’t plan to open it,and it’s only been out for 15 minutes. Is there anything I should do?I have a heat lamp I can use to keep them warm if it really comes down to it.This severe thunderstorm could possibly go on for another 1-2 hours.

Hopefully the power is back on soon for you.
Throw a really fuzzy blanket over it if you have one. I found that works better than a towel.
Warm Water bottles work if its been off for awhile.
Well hatching chickens my power has went off a lot and my hatches are still decent.

So today is day 16 and NOTHING.Are they going to hatch a little later than expected due to the power outage?
They don't hatch on day 16 just because that's what the literature says! Depends on when they were set, temperature, etc....the power outage may have set them back a half day or so....patience!
