Privacy during egg laying

Hi all, two of my 19 week old pullets began laying eggs this week. I am just curious about chickens needing privacy. I tend to go down to the coop to check on things around 10:30 but I notice that the 2 egg layers are sitting in the coop preparing to lay at this time. Would me being around disrupt them? Thank you

If they're used to you, you can walk in and out, do regular maintenance work (like I bring in feeder, scoop poop under roost), stand right by the nests, etc. and they'll still lay without issue.

No. Not if your visits are part of a regular day.

It's not about 'privacy' for them, it's about feeling 'safe'.
I think it's good to make frequent visits to the coop and run, and not always with 'treats'.
The more the better if you can possibly do that, I'm retired and usually home, so it's easy for me. They get used to your presence so they don't mind it.
