I have an outdoor aviary of around 180 square feet in which I have been keeping a mix of 7 pheasants. Males: Yellow, Hybrid, Elliott, Red, Amherst. Females: Yellow, Amherst. They are entering their third year together and only now the Amherst (the only one I hand raised) has gotten really aggressive with the other males, chasing relentlessly and then viciously pecking when they tire. I isolated the first 2 instance's victims and successfully returned them after a few weeks, but I'm on to the third and need a better solution. Would putting those plastic blinders on the aggressive Amherst likely help? He's my favorite, despite his behavior and I don't want to hurt him unnecessarily, but if it will help, I'll do it. I appreciate your help with this long post. Tim

The reason he's harassing the other males, is because there is a hen(s) present. Remove the hen(s) where the males can't see, hear or smell them and the males will most likely return to being buddies again. Or if you have the room to build them seperate pens, where you can have 1 male to several females, that will also work.
Adding peepers, might help but if a female is anywhere near, they won't help much.

I'm surprised you haven't already had a 'blood bath'?
