Okay so this is the particular Coop and run that I have.

The coop itself, in my opinion, is not big enough for the six birds I have in there. It's currently covered in tarp, because of winter. I plan to put a clear corrugated roof on it. Then it dawned on me, instead of building a new coop, which was what I was planning. To enclose the entire chicken run that I already have, turn the entire thing into a coop. Then get a bigger chicken run. Well I'll probably get the bigger chicken run first so they have somewhere to go while I'm enclosing the pen.
We have the foundation of what used to be an old barn behind our house I am considering putting the actual coop on top of the cement pad that's there. It was cement on one section and then dirt in two sections. I'm pretty sure I've got enough people that can pick it up and move it. My daughter and her husband and six grandkids we ought to be able to move it.
