Pullet or cockerel 16 weeks

This one had us stumped last week because of color and some long feathers. No crowing. Easter egger

I first thought cockerel then saw that it is 16 weeks old when my EE cockerel crowed at 8 weeks but he was a bantam. Maybe if you have another rooster it could be the reason it hasn’t crowed yet if it is a cockerel

It's on a property with a few rooster's. Legs are the same as my current pullets . Also not very red/pink as I'd expect.
