Pullet or cockerel?

Hello! I have posted about my chick “Sunny/Sonny” before. The consensus has been that he is a male (Sonny). But now he is 17 weeks old and has never crowed, and I’m starting to wonder again. He is golden buff x welsummer. What do you all think?

Definitely cockerel. I wouldn't worry about no crowing. My cockerel was well over 6 months old before he crowed.
