Pullet??? Porcelain D’uccle????

Is this a pullet or cockerel and a D’uccle? No earmuffs or beard so do some just not have any? I am a bit confused. And I think she is pullet by looking at her face but her feathers sometimes confuse me, help!!!!! And she/ he is 4 months old.

If she's that old, I think it's a pullet. Is she from a hatchery? She might just not have very full muffs and beard. I've heard of people who have gotten hatchery d'Uccles that don't have them.
