I think I have three pullets and three roos between my six birds. Thoughts? Any guesses on adult colors also welcome!

All your EE's look like pullets at this point, but it's still early. None of the combs or colors are screaming roo.

As to the Silkies....those are rather blurry pictures, and Silkie gender is blurry to begin with at this age. You'll just have to wait. *Typically* female Silkies will develop into a squattier, rounder body stand with a round pom pom and little to no comb. Male Silkies will stand taller, lankier, have more of a mohawk, and have developed comb (though they can be slow to develop comb). Often that's not apparent until 4 to 6 months. (Sometimes with Silkies you wait for a crow or egg.)

Thanks! I’ll keep a lookout! The blue one walks way more squat than the black one, but as you said, they are still pretty young!
