Hello!
My sweet posh finished deworming two or three weeks ago, finished antibiotics last week, and the vet advised to continue on corid to have a 10-day treatment for coccidiosis diagnosed in fecal sample. Last night she was completely fine albeit pale as she's been for weeks. This morning she couldn't walk and is contorting her neck and twitching. I gave her vitamins B and E through a syringe. The avian vet won't be in for 11 hours but they can put her down at any time. Advice?

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
lavender orp 9 months, very light
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Can't walk, contorting neck, mostly sleeping, twitching
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
a few hours - was fine last night, couldn't walk this morning
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?

No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
Not that I see
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Maybe vitamin deficiency
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Won't eat or drink as of this morning. Before, would eat and drink normally
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Runny
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Quarter of b complex tablet administered orally, some vitamin E
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Unsure whether to wait to treat or euthanize
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Pine shaving + hemp bedding in coop, wood chips in run

Poor thing! She's not eating or drinking? Not even mash?

Does she seem to be in pain? As long as she's not suffering, I personally would wait for a vet. If she's suffering, I would put her down. That's just my personal feeling. You've got to do what you feel is right. I'm sorry either way. I hate seeing animals sick and hurt.

I would go get Poultry Cell from tractor supply. I have seen it work wonders and it is much more comprehensive vitamin wise than many other supplements. I think her problem is all of those treatments one right after the other are EXTREMELY hard on a chickens body. She needs a good vitamin dosage, electrolytes and probiotics to replace the good bacteria that was killed off from using antibiotics.

Thank you, friends! She doesn't seem comfortable and doesn't seem present. She won't eat anything at all - mash, eggs, treats, you name it. She's now doing convulsing things from time to time and I'm taking her to be put down. She's a great girl. Her sister died a few months back and it looked similar, even with all kinds of treatments and supplements and you name it. I know Mareks is supposed to happen quickly but I wonder if this could be that? I never had a necropsy done but it looked so similar to this in terms of symptoms but her sister would still eat and could somewhat stumble. Anyways, thank you guys

I'm sorry for your loss. A necropsy would be a good idea if you suspect Mareks. Just to get answers too.
