Hi! I'm new to Quail and have been trying to hatch them for months. Finally, I had 7 fertile Japanese Jumbo Quail eggs. I candled them on day 6 and saw that they were alive, and got super excited so I candled them on day 10 too. 5 Were alive now, the other two had sadly died. When I candled them on day 15 of their incubation before putting them into lockdown they were moving around a lot and looked almost ready to hatch. Now, It's the morning of day 18 and they still haven't pipped. I haven't seen them moving around without candling them, and I'm getting a bit worried. I'm worried if I candle them again I might hurt them. I'm using a mini incubator and it has a fan and temperature control, but no hydrometer and I had to turn them manually. Please help!
