Question about giving broody eggs and chicks

I did a thing today and got 5 two day old chicks and 6 hatching eggs from a local farm. I have two broodys currently and the person I got them from suggested giving both girls eggs and chicks, saying that the broodys should stay on the eggs to hatch. But I’m worried they will abandon the eggs before the eggs hatch, as she said they are due to hatch on or around 8/2 and still about 5 days off

Thoughts? Does this plan seem ok? I still have the babies waiting to go under either one or both ladies, it’s not quite dark here yet, so still time to change the plan! Thanks in advance

The want to be moms will abandon the eggs if they have chicks. Give one chicks and the other the eggs.

I was second guessing the advice given but needed the confirmation it was off, and my husband was no help. Thank you!
