Shower. I haven't take a bath in many years. We just redid our bathroom and replaced the tub with a low step shower, so no baths in my my future, either.

A warm bath (with salts) helps to easy chronic aches and pains in bone and muscle tissue; and a shower is refreshing as well as time and water saving... so both.
