Question on Gluten interaction with 'real' butter?

So I was curious to ask if you guys knew if there was some kind of special hidden interaction between real butter and wheat? I was curious about this because, gluten intolerance skyrocketed with the use of GLYPHOSATE. And at the same time margarine started replacing butter around that time.

Its also true that many people have hidden problems caused by wheat/gluten intolerance. And they don't show up well with many hidden interactions. And it seems to pay off to pick minds about this. For example, one of them is that people will act like they are allergic to wheat (and other glyphosate grown foods), but then they take wheat allergy test and they don't test as allergic... BECAUSE its the glyphosate that's triggering the allergic reaction!

its also true that there's a special reaction between beans and rice with hidden ways it interacts with the body, and it being a full nutrient balance (when not chemically grown). So if that can be true of rice and beans then could there be something also with wheat and butter? (Plus the Bible quotes butter and honey; sometimes when they do that there's something there, something interesting going on.)

Its possible also that the interaction of margarine is possibly messing with glyphosate damage more than butter?

But mostly I was curious about the interaction of butter and wheat and what you think there?

Thanks.

So many people I know get problems from wheat, like migraines, or other things.

My reaction to wheat is my shins itch. Get a brillo pad, scrub off the skin ITCH! We have not bought margarine in years, so I don't know how that could affect me.

I have toyed with the idea of trying a bite of homemade bread made with organic wheat flour. It's still in the toying phase. The itching is that bad; I am not eager to sign up for this.

But dang! if I could eat regular bread again... And make homemade pasta...

Some people have said that they can eat wheat if its from a country that is not industrialized yet, and doesn't use chemicals. Like developing country wheat.

But this can get tricky as many of those places are trying to develop. And also I can't guarantee that will work for everyone.

Its an interesting idea though.

Last night, hubby made home made bread. I buy organic flour for that. I buy organic wheat flour for that; he's not GF.

I'm doing an experiment on myself. I ate one bite. I'll see what happens.

In the last 100 years or so, many things about our diet changed drastically. A few of them:
High fructose corn
Transglutinase
Aspartame
Titanium dioxide
Trans fats
Partially hydrogenated fats
Brominated vegetable oil

Monosodium glutimate - including when it is the result of hydrolyzed protein which the FDA does not require be listed on the packaging although the effect on the body is the same.

Some of the food additives interfere with the connections between the cells of lining tissues. This lets particles leak through the lining into the bloodstream. There are a lot of other problems with the additives but I think that is part of the problem for a lot of people.

I'm wondering if this is my problem. Do you have links/studies for more information on this?

I think so. I can't remember if I read it or my sister was telling me about it. Either way, it is likely to take a while to get back with it. Real life is quite crazy for me this summer.

Look into heritage wheat grains. Some of the reasons people have issues with wheat is how much junk protein/DNA is produced with hybrid strains, which can make it difficult to digest.
