So my mighty girl started molting, her friends decided to take advantage of her and bully her. I’ve got her quarantined and she’s being cared for but my question here is…do I turn the lights off at sunset for her or will it not matter? The room she is in if I turn off the light will be pitch dark.

TYIA for any reply, this is my first time with a chicken issue actually requiring quarantine. Just wanna make sure I do right by my girl.

I would turn the lights off so to mimic natural conditions, unless you need it on.

Thank you for the reply. My wife and I figured that would be best and just wanted to confirm if that’s what others would do as well.
