Questions about sumatra chickens

Hi, I have a question, how long does Sumatra chickens usually live and it's lifespan?
I can't seem to get any info from google, thanks

I do not think certain breeds live longer. Just take good care of them and they should live a long time.
Most live 5 to 10 years but they can live to be 20.

What do you mean by Sumatra chickens? Here in Sumatra we have a mix of gamefowl-type and junglefowl-type chickens collectively known as ayam kampung (village chickens). Black Sumatras, which I think you may be referring to, are difficult to find here!

Yes, black Sumatra’s is what I refer to, I can’t seem to find infos on google sometimes.

My black Sumatras live longer than any other breed I have raised. My oldest rooster was 17, and I have had 9 or 10 year old hens laying, hatching and raising young.
