QUESTIONS ON MARRIAGES/HEYGATES FLUBENVET LAYERS PELLETS FOR QUAIL

hello everyone. my japanese quails have not been treated for worms and one particular quails shows definite symptoms of worms.

1. can you use marriages/flubenvet layers pellets for quail?
2. i only keep 5 quail for myself like i dont sell eggs or anything so do i need to go the vets still to get proof/prescription so that i can buy the pellets? (i live in u.k)
3. will the quail be able to eat the size of the pellets for chickens that are used in the flubenvet layers pellets?

I believe that these layer pellets are formulated for chicken sized poultry. So your quail might over dose on these. You might talk to a vet over in the UK about this.

Marriages does make a quail pellet sized feed, however I am not sure about a worming pellet.

thank you twocrows and you are right theyre is a quail sized pellet feed but none with wormer- does anyone use the flubenvet pellets for their quail?
