Raising 2 day old quails in an ibc tote brooder

I hatched a bunch of quails and they are two days old. I raise them outside in an ibc tote. The tote has a rain proof roof. I put a heat lamp inside. The quails self adjust itself to regulates its temperature. I use a quail waterer to prevent drowning. The chicken waterer is too big and I am sure they will drown. I feed my quails with 20% protein feed. Here is my video documentation of my quails
