I am picking up two Polish chicks tomorrow, and wondering if there's anything extra I should do for them; I am used to raising batches of 6-8 and this is my first time raising just two. (My dad said three new chickens, and no more,šŸ˜… and I am hoping to add a rooster soon as well; hence the two chicks.) My main flock consists of 2 older (6-7 yrs) hens and 3 younger (2 yrs) hens, and I plan to make sure the Polish are a healthy size before I integrate them. The chicks will get lots of human attention, for what it's worth. Will they be ok with just each other until they can join the flock?

Here they are!! 🄰🤭😁 :jumpy
