Raising Quail in Missouri

Hello everyone.
I'm new to this site and wanted to pick some locals brains. I have seen people mention a "State" thread to only have local people see it, but I have no idea how to find this.
My questions, with domestic quail such as the Coturnix, what are the regulations for selling in MO. I have a market for selling some, I just do not want to break laws when getting started. I see the poultry exemption which allows you to sell 1000 birds annually without licensing, but I am not sure whether or not quail fall into this category.
Any information from someone familiar to Missouri Quail Regulations would be greatly appreciated.

it is my understanding that coturnix should fall under similar poultry laws that you have found for missouri

I'm in mid-MO and buying/selling Coturnix quail is no different than chickens. You can sell direct from your farm/home, at swap meets, farmers markets that allow live birds, etc.
