Re-homing chickens

There's several Chickens that come and feed at our home. That I would love for them to be a safer place. There's baby chicks as well. There's a man that comes and captures the rooters and puts them to fight. We have heard that's what he does from other neighbors. Let me know who can help take them or if you can direct me to someone that might want them. There's 3 rooters several Hans and 7 baby chicks
