Receding skin

My bully chicken has been harassing my flock for quite a while now. I decided to put chicken blinders on her, once I placed them on I checked up on her the first few days and didn’t see any problems so I continued to keep them on her. I have now realized that her skin seems to be receding on top of her beak because of the blinders. Will her skin cover her beak when it heals? And is there any way I can help her or prevent it from getting infected? It also seems like her nose is bruised. I don’t know what to do or if I should keep it moisturized. ☹️(I am 100% never using these blinders again)

I don't have advice for you but I wanted to say thank you for sharing because I was looking into this method to help with feather picking as a last resort but I was really unsure. This helped me decide. I appreciate the honesty!

Of course! I have also heard separating your bully hen from the flock for a few days to a week should do the trick, however, it didn’t work for me 😅
